North Avoca’s leading Pilates studio

Pilates on the Coast is located not far from North Avoca in Erina; right in-between North Avoca and Gosford. We are a complete, all-encompassing Pilates studio. We provide a client-focused service and keep our studio classes to a maximum of 10 people; to ensure that our members feel safe during the exercises and get the most out of their sessions. You can book a class with us from your phone via our app or login online through our website. It is as simple as finding the class you want to book and clicking ‘book’.

North Avoca members will have access to our fully equipped, modern studio. All classes are open level, so we work with your individual needs within a private or group setting. Pilates exercises and workouts are proven to help with;

  • Improving your flexibility, balance and posture.

How long does it take to see results from Pilates?

If you are doing 2-3 sessions a week, you’ll begin to see results after 10-12 weeks. Joseph Pilates famously said “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body”. Many North Avoca members also ask us “How many days a week should you do Pilates”. We recommend to our North Avoca members that are adding Pilates to an existing exercise program, attending 1-2 sessions a week is satisfactory.  If Pilates is the only form of exercise that they are doing, then we recommend 2-3 sessions a week.
