Pilates on the Coast, Central Coast Pilates studio offers semi private, private, duo and group classes, as well as virtual Pilates classes, so you can choose the format that meets your specific needs.

Semi-private classes offer many of the benefits of one-to-one Pilates classes, but are performed with one to three others (maximum four) working in the same group – not only a cost saver, but also a bit more fun! Enrol for our semi-private classes to enjoy the following benefits:

How many days a week should you do Pilates?

We recommend to our North Gosford clients that are adding Pilates to an existing exercise program, attending 1-2 sessions a week is sufficient.  If Pilates is the only form of exercise that you are doing, then we suggest 2-3 sessions a week. Many North Gosford clients also ask us “How long does it take to see results from Pilates” If you are doing 2-3 sessions a week, you will begin to see results after 10-12 weeks. Joseph Pilates famously said “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body”.
