Online virtual Pilates classes

If you live in Woy Woy, Pilates on the Coast studio enables you to attend both in studio or online through virtual live streaming. Online Pilates classes are performed with a maximum of 15 people. We have limited the number of attending clients to ensure our instructors can provide feedback to each and every student. It is a simple as logging in online via our website or app and then giving us access to your camera.

Unlike watching Pilates videos at home and exercising alone, Pilates on the Coast online classes provide so much more value because our instructors are able to watch your performance and guide you throughout the entire workout.
